| Explore The Explore phase is where a CSN Strategic Consultant spends time connecting with our client, assessing their organizational needs, challenges, and goals. During this introductory stage, the CSN Strategic Consultant will typically ask several guiding questions that are intended to help understand the ways in which CSN can be most useful. Once sufficient information has been gathered, CSN will then prepare a proposal that is tailored specifically for that client. This proposal contains a Statement of Work, as well as cost and timeline estimates for review. |
| Plan The Plan phase is for clients who have received a proposal, and are interested in moving forward. At this stage, the proposal is sent to CSN's Production Team for a comprehensive planning session, where a Project Manager and production team members will review the plan and 'lock-in' defined costs and timelines. A spot in the production schedule is then reserved, and the services agreement is generated for client approval and sign-off before we get rolling. |
| Create Ahhh the fun part! The Create phase is typically where the majority of the client/agency collaboration lives. Sketches and visual concepts are designed for any and all projects that require CSN's creative services, and functional prototypes are coded and released for projects that may not involve design. During the creative phase, our clients are given several opportunities to give guidance, feedback, and approval at specific milestones, before the project moves forward. This ensures that everyone is happy with the work, prior to launch. |
| Deploy The Deploy stage is made up the work required to launch the website, application, or campaign, as well as the essential process of Quality Assurance (QA) review. For all projects with digital components, our clients are given a beta version of the deliverable, which they are able to access in a secure test environment, prior to public launch. This is yet another way for our clients to review and approve the work, or to make any final edits- ensuring 100% satisfaction upon launch. |
| Manage & Grow This step involves different services for different clients, based on their needs, however, all of our services are underpinned by the same focus: Return on Investment. Whether CSN is managing an ongoing Social Media or Search Engine Marketing campaign, each is carefully planned, monitored, and tracked by our team of web professionals who are experts in analytic software. This methodology allows for laser-focused measurement of all client campaigns. Reporting is delivered weekly, and our clients are also given 24-hour access to each of their analytics platforms. |
